Navi Material develops and manufactures synthetic diamond materials, with a focus on nano and micron diamond powders and CVD diamond components.
Our products are used in semiconductor processing, precision optics, advanced ceramics, composite materials and metallographic analysis.
We work directly with engineering teams to specify particle size distribution, surface treatment and slurry formulation according to each process.
HPHT powders and CVD diamond components
We produce two product lines. HPHT diamond powders for precision lapping and polishing, and a CVD diamond range covering thermal, optical, electronic and quantum-grade components.
HPHT Diamond Powders
Agglomerated Diamond, Diamond Balls, and nano / micron Diamond Powder for precision lapping, polishing, and slurry formulation.
CVD Diamond Portfolio
Polycrystalline and monocrystalline CVD diamond, including heat spreaders, optical windows, electronic substrates, NV diamond and BDD electrodes.
