For Example, the production of monocrystal nanodiamond is mainly produced during the process of ball mill that shaping fine diamond powder of 5 microns. Thus the monocrystal nanodiamond output rate is very low. The particle size cannot be made very fine and it cannot be mass-produced or customized produced. Navi has developed a new type of monocrystal nanodiamond production technology with a high conversion rate, and at the same time can customize particle size.

Classification
Different application fields have different requirements for the particle size of nanodiamond. At present, the conventional particle size classification of nanodiamond adopts centrifuge for classification, and only one particle size can be produced at a time. The sorting cycle is long and the efficiency is low.
Navi developed a new nanodiamond particle size classification process that can classify finished products with multiple particle sizes at one time. The classification technique also solves the problem of agglomeration in the detonation production and increases the dispersion stability. This technology is not only applicable to the customized production of nanodiamond, but also can be applied to the customized production of particle size of micron and other materials.
Dispersant
Navi has self-developed many kinds of personalized dispersants, including water-based and oil-based dispersants. The dispersant is suitable for dispersing fine-grained materials, so as to achieve precise particle size classification. And at the same time, it can also achieve long-term dispersion stability of nanomaterials in different systems.
